Ethereum (ETH) has had one of its worst breaks since the beginning of the year.
The second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization dropped 18% in a few hours, losing more than 400 points. The price has fallen in two weeks from a high of $2,319 to a low of $1,900. The incident appears to be related to a coal and gas leak in Xinjiang, China, which caused a power outage.
